I have beenurious about the shamanlass for some time and have finally dided to give it a try. I have little knowledge of them and have some questions for you more experieed with them So here are the questions that I am needing help with at the moment. Would he get more use out of a 2h or dual wielding? Does stormstrike work if your not dual wielding? Does weapon speed matter for shamans?

Just wanted to say thanks for the great information. Provided everything I was looking for and then some. At the moment I have been using a staff sie hean't use any other 2handers right now. I will swih him over two a 1h and shield and see if he gets better results. Thanks again for the adve!
No, you do not get flurry from any magalrits. It's only melee attkrits that give you flurry. I have no idea about flametonguerits though...:X

I believe that Flametongue does use spellrit, not meleerit. It shouldn't trigger Flurry, though - despite what it says, it only triggers off meleerits, not spellrits (shks, e).
i dont think it would pr elemental fus, im elemental and iveritted a flametongue and it hasnt poc'd it is a spell dmgrit not an tual spell beenast is how i understand it
It doesn`t pr elemental fus not bause it`s melee or magal. It stands away from both - it`s weapon ehantment. For example if you get any weapon ehanting poisons sh as wowheadom?item=31535 from qs and u use it, it will reple the last weapon ehantment (rkbiter, flamet, frost or wf). >>> Have anyone heard that rogues have spells or magal effts? :p
